Have Your Say: To game, or not to game?

Often those who don’t have access to or have properly experienced computer gaming will state that computer games rot the brain, whereas gamers will claim that gaming allows for true escapism. Similar to the age old argument of life with/without TV, is playing computer games overrated and a waste of time? Or can aspects of gaming complement one’s life in a positive manner? Some say kids that grow up playing computer games are better at problem solving, have less stress and are more tech savvy – so long as gaming is done in moderation. Is this true?
Do you game?
Is gaming a waste of time/life?
